Terrence Zito is a creative plein air painter who is driven by an incredible passion for self-expression through art. His works are often noted for their bold use of color, strong composition, and diversity of subject matter. Terrence has developed an innovative style that builds upon the tradition of 19th Century Impressionism. Almost everyday and in any type of weather he can be seen painting on the Monterey Peninsula.  Terrence enjoys challenging himself by painting on large canvases, as well as in unusual and difficult locations such as Egypt, Tunisia, and Mexico. His main focus is working in oils, however he is also accomplished in watercolors, and pen and ink. His art work has been featured in Pacific Grove, Pebble Beach, Santa Barbara, Carmel Valley, and Berkeley California. Internationally he has exhibited his paintings at Saint Catherine's Monastery, Egypt, and on the Holland America cruise ship Amsterdam.
